Cancellations and Changes:
Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests Dolphin Adventure operates a strict cancellation policy:
30 days or more to excursion date - 75% refund
15 days prior to excursion date - 50% refund
14 days or less to excursion date - Full charge
No shows or late arrivals are charged in full
You may change the date of your reservation for free if you advise us more than 48 hours before the tour date. This can be done via email or by phoning (01) (52) 322-2971-212.
All changes are subject to availability.
Charges to your card:
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your Dolphin Adventure can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Dolphin Adventure will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.
Prices and Exchange Rates:
Prices are quoted in US dollars but charges are made in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar
price.

Dolphin-Adventure.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.
On the day of your dolphin program, you must bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID when you check in. Or, a copy of your card (both sides) and ID can be faxed to us at (52) (322) 297-1252 prior to your arrival.
